1. Setup Appointment

To ensure that we have all the necessary information prior to your visit, we kindly request that you schedule an appointment through our online Appointment Setup. This will enable us to track, receive, service, and update your Mac in the most efficient manner possible. Alternatively, if you prefer a mail-in service, please fill out the mail-in form and we will promptly assist you with your needs. 2. Device Drop-off/Mail-in

Customers who have set up an appointment may drop off their device at the 5th Avenue location or follow the mail-in button/link provided on this page or from the menu dropdown. Once the device is received, an evaluation will be expedited and an estimate will be provided. For macOS issues, customers can request an estimate without an appointment.

3. Approve Estimate

After evaluating your device, we will provide an estimate for the required service(s) which you must approve. Once you have approved the estimate, we will proceed with the service and send you an invoice which you can pay either when you come to pick up your device or online if you opt for mail-in service. Payment via invoice link is also possible. Once payment is completed, we will expedite the return service.
