Having issues with your Mac, or thinking about upgrading it? Now, you can mail-in (send) for servicing. It is easy to use: first, complete the form below and submit. Then, package your Mac safely and mail-in using our provided shipping label. As soon as we receive your device, we will evaluate, estimate and update you for approval (if approval is declined, we will return your device the way we received it – no question asked). When approved, we will prioritize services required. Finally, when the service is complete, we will ship back your device safely, and with high priority. That’s it!
